Our short training courses are aimed at healthcare professionals wishing to strengthen their practical skills, improve the quality of care and integrate nationally recognized best practices.

They are designed to be concrete, interactive and adapted to the context of EMS in the hospital and clinical environment. Each module combines theoretical contributions, practical workshops and tools immediately applicable in the field.

Palliative care and end-of-life support

BMR and BHRe: understanding to better master

Public : Doctors, nurses, ASSC, healthcare assistants, hygienists, pharmacists, quality managers, healthcare executives

Goals : Definitions/issues BMR and BHRe, transmission, isolation, screening, action plan

Management of adverse events and risk analysis

Public : Active caregivers (IDE, ASSC, healthcare assistants, executives, quality/hygiene representatives)

Goals : Declare AE, analyze causes (5 Why, Ishikawa), plan A3

Improvement in the quality and safety of care

Goals : Reduce risks (medication, HAIs, falls, bedsores), standardize transmissions, 90-day plan

SBAR structured transmissions and unit checklists

Behavioral disorders in the elderly
