Mission

There Ardévaz Medical School is a private school which offers its learners qualitative training allowing them to develop the skills specific to the profession of health assistant. Thus the school guarantees personalized teaching and does everything possible for the success of its students. It helps them in their professional integration by supporting them in landing their first job.

 

Management

o Stimulates the work of trainers through positive monitoring of their courses
o Promotes the work of trainers
o Is available to the teaching staff for any questions about the training and its aspects
o Raises employee awareness of internal communication, mutual respect, integrity and professional ethics
o Hires staff with the necessary skills
o Applies a transparent remuneration system

 

The collaborators

o Participate in school events to promote links between trainers and learners (school outings, visits, etc.)
o Respect the program progress planning posted at school
o Promote the development of learners, encourage them and contribute to the success of their training by being available to them during and outside of class.

o Give a dynamic image of the school
o Maintain, strengthen and develop the school's achievements in the daily activities of life.
